Oysters, shrimp, prawns, carpaccio, tuna tartare and rich cooked appetisers. Pasta dishes range from dumplings with red shrimp, cherry tomatoes and pecorino cheese to lobster noodles, not to forget the paccheri with squid or sea bass with olive leaf and lemon.
